1. Find my capsule LCNE-patchseq_analysis_han (link) and duplicate it

1. [optional] In the duplicated capsule, rename it for future reference

1. Make sure it is on main branch on the top right and click “Check for updates” (or “Sync with GitHub” if there is new update).

1. Click the “VSCode” button under “Reproducible Run” and wait

1. Once you get inside VSCode, click Run Without Debugging under Run (or ^F5)

   

   • If it shows “Install additional debuggers”, just wait for it to finish.

2. Wait a few seconds and you should see the app in your browser.

   

   • As long as you don’t close your VSCode window, you can access the app through the URL (something like https://codeocean.allenneuraldynamics.org/cw/{something}/proxy/5006/patchseq_panel_viz) from anywhere.
